How to ask for quotes for your direct mail printing price comparison

You can start building your list of prices by requesting quotes from these companies. Our new Postcard Pros Facebook Group also has a great list of printer contacts if you want to look beyond the contacts we’ve assembled here.

From there can you create a Google form to organize your quotes (and get vendors to do some of  the work for you). Ask vendors to fill out the form for you so it’s consistent with other vendors you’re in touch with. Get started with a sample form in the Facebook group, or create your own that digs into a vendor’s printing process and postage options. You must make a copy first. Click the 3-dots on the top right corner of the form, and choose “Copy.” From there you can rename the form and tweak any other content.
